This residential show house unit is located with a stunning view of Penang Bay and is one of 24 residences. The 4-story house was fitted in a record time. The units are targeting 1 mill. USD market – domestic and international customers. For an ultimate convenience the house is fitted with an internal lift!

While working at Concept I, Claus and his team was appointed to create the concept and style for this interior design.
