On Sukhumvit 19 a 9-story building arise to serve 51 units to Western and Japanese expats in Thailand.

The Taiwanese owner requested a 5 star look on a 3-star budget, a hotel looking foyer and a ‘home away from home’ feeling in the units. You are invited inside the public are; lobby, lounge, corridors and gym – welcome.

The public restrooms are fitted with art.

The lobby is open plan with direct access to the adjecnt lounge.

Double height ceiling in the lounge.

The liftlobby floor level indicator final end the problem of stepping out on teh wrong floor as it is truly visible from inside the liftcar.

The topfloor accomodate a full funtcion gym next to the open pool.
