Jinbao Place

This 6-star boutique shopping mall at 25,000 sq.m. in fashionable Jinbao Street had it's grand opening in 2009.

The style is inspired by modern museums where huge rectangles frames the tenants showcase, from interior to exterior. The hi-end tenants who already committed to lease into this mall measure the success.

Concept I was given this project and Claus was the lead interior designer working on this hi-end mall located next the first Peninsula Hotel in China, resent finished Regent Hotel and car retailers Maserati, Lamborghini and Rolls Royce.

A mezzanine pedestrian bridge creates a great view from both inside and outside in!

Great opening ceremoni – with a very familiar face!

The frames in the atrium becomes a gallery as each decorated with tennants exclusive products and branding.
