Mykal Place, this 20,000 sq.m. retail is situated close to the Russian border in Northern China, Harbin. Louis Vuitton was one of the first tenants to sign the leasing contract following many other top brands.
An infinity line of luxury was the direction Claus came up with while working for design studio Concept I. The project was appointed to him and the team with Claus as the lead designer. Mykal was selected finalist for the Asia Shopping Centre Award, was awarded Golden Mall Design Innovation Award and honored the prestigious Asia Pacific Property Award; outstanding interior design.
