SOHo stand for Small Office Hotels allowing work and hotel function sin one and same room.
SOHo, Small Office Hotel was a new concept for business guestrooms invented by us. Located on the two business floors. The hotel attracts long staying customers and as such using the rooms as both office and living. An innovative circulation separated the two functions sharing many elements such as LCD, restroom living / meeting area.
With new and improved interior design, the hotels capacity was increased by 20% through opening the ceiling above the existing ball room and create an atrium garden with surrounding guestrooms around: An open garden including 2 additional floors from podium to be guestrooms.
The project also involved the executive floor, lounge bar and fine lobby, a very cozy spa and well designed standard rooms. Even the facade renovation was included.
