This residential show house unit is located with a stunning view of Penang Bay and is one of 24 residences. The 4-story house was fitted in a record time. The units are targeting 1 mill. USD market – domestic and international customers. For an ultimate convenience the house is fitted with an internal lift!
While committed with Concept I, Claus and his team were appointed to create the concept and style for this interior design.

         该住宅区是槟榔屿上24个住宅区之一，可欣赏槟榔屿湾那令人屏息的迷人景色。4层的住宅大楼的销售目标是1百万美元，客户群包括国内外客户。为了更便利，该大楼内部装有电梯。

         Claus就职于国际概念设计有限公司时，与其团队被任命为该项目室内设计创作设计理念及设计风格。
